RealSupport's Team Approach

RealSupport is very unique. We are a 5 person team located in Palatine, Illinois (right outside of Chicago). So to answer your question, we are a team, but very different that what you have probably come to know as a VA Team. We have an office location so we are not a virtual team. I like to refer to RealSupport as a Real Estate Marketing Firm rather than VAs. (although I embrace the word "VA" since that is how most know us). There are several "teams" out there which is great, the only downfall is that no one is really accountable because they are all independent contractors working together. This could easily backfire and things can fall through the cracks. With RealSupport, you'll have a dedicated Account Executive (or Executive Level VA as they are referred to in the VA industry). In short, there is always someone looking out for your best interested, making sure deadlines are met and work is done properly. Also, our clients don't have to worry about coverage when one of use goes on vacation, or is sick. Since we are a team of 5 (all cross trained) you will always be covered and everyone is held accountable to me, the President and "Team Leader" of RealSupport.
