2.) New RealPING System: RealPING empowers real-time assistance for you website visitor. When questions arise and prospects need help NOW, the customers are connected to you. On every page of the website (YOUR REMAX SITE), a RealPING "Talk with me NOW" button will display. The RealPING button will be on you website header, plus in the right column of the Listing Detail page. NOTE: To change your available hours and your primary and secondary RealPING phone numbers, go to the RealPING Control Panel after your account is active.
3.) Fishing for Buyers? The database that you have is very useful. If buyers are your focus, and you want to go after them, you can actually see all the detail about certain users including when they logged on last, what listings they looked at, what their search criteria is, if they have set up an automatic search, etc. VERY neat if you are fishing for buyers. You could cherry pick them and email them w/ a personal note, “I saw you were looking at condos in the $500K range, can I set up any appointments for you”
