What is Reverse Prospecting? How Can You Benefit?

Reverse Prospecting - What is it?

Reverse Prospecting is a report in the MLS that a Listing Agent can run to find prospective buyers for a listing in THEIR inventory.

When initiated, this report will return a list of any instances in which an agent's listings were found as a match through the regular prospecting feature. It will show the agent's contact information, who owns the prospect, the prospect's ID number (not their name or contact information), and the date that the email notification of the match was sent to another agent or prospect.

In order for a prospect to show in this report, the agent who input the prospect has to "Enable Reverse Prospecting" for that prospect.
