We have developed our own proprietary software that allows our clients to enter new projects/tasks/listings/etc into our online Task Management System. This system allows RealSupport the ability to effectively manage our tasks and hit deadlines. It also allows you the flexibility to delegate work 24-hours per day as well as gives you the ability to see who is working on what task and the status of open tasks at any given time.
Q: What assurances can you give me that any tasks I hire you to perform will continue without interruption or degradation of quality if you go on vacation or suddenly become incapacitated?
