By now you have probably settled with a particular Virtual Tour company. If you are not doing virtual tours, you probably should be. Sellers take notice and if you don't offer them it could very well cost you the listing. Most of our clients have just gotten comfortable with the tour company they use and the option of shopping around isn't something they have time to even think about. We often hear our clients say they do not have enough listings to warrant the monthly fees that the tour services charge… well, here is a thought, use the tour service for neighborhood tours, school tours and even buyer tours for people wanting to relocate to your area! Your options are endless!
